What is your delivery time?
Delivery time is primarily dependent on your order volume. Typically, it takes around 1 month for a standard 40FT container. If the items are in stock, we can expedite the shipment within 5 days.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit with the balance due against the Bill of Lading. We accept L/C as well. Shipping terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF, depending on your preference.
How can you guarantee the quality of my goods?
All materials undergo 100% PMI testing and measurement before shipping. We also welcome third-party inspections and provide EN10204.3.1B Mill Test Certificates for all materials.
