What is your delivery time?
The delivery time largely depends on your order volume. Typically, it is around 1 month for a 1*40FT container. For items in stock, we can expedite shipping within 5 days.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit with the balance payable against the Bill of Lading. We also accept L/C and offer shipping terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.
How can you guarantee the quality of my goods?
To ensure the highest quality, all materials undergo 100% PMI testing and measurement before shipment. We also welcome third-party inspections and provide EN10204.3.1B Mill Test Certificates for all materials.
